Monthly Subscription
The Subscription fee, will be an automatic recurring monthly charge to the Subscriber’s credit card. The payment will be charged on the day it was purchased and will automatically renew monthly on the day of the month it was initially purchased.
Subscribers may cancel the subscription at any time by logging into mobilecarwash.com or through our mobile application. To cancel by email, please email service@mobilecarwash.com. If canceling by email, please allow a minimum of 5 business days prior to the next billing date to effectively cancel your subscription.
There are no refunds or “rollover” credits for lack of use during the subscription term.
Subscribers may change their contact/billing information at mobilecarwash.com or through the mobile application at any time. It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address and phone number on file in their mobilecarwash.com account to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for their monthly Mobile Car Wash Club subscription.
If you need to change your vehicle information, please email us at support@mobilecarwash.com.
In the event Mobilecarwash.com is unable to charge a customer’s credit card for any reasons, the customer’s Mobile Car Wash Club subscription will be halted immediately.
Mobilecarwash.com reserves the right to cancel, postone or reschedule a wash appointment due to inclement weather, major holidays or equipment failure.
Mobilecarwash.com may increase monthly rates after written or emailed notice is posted. If there is a tax rate change in your home site location’s area, the Mobilecarwash.com reserves the right to change the payment amount to include tax at any time.
The Mobile Car Wash Club subscription is intended for a single vehicle only. Fraudulent use of the Subscription will result in immediate termination of the Subscription plan.
This Agreement is subject to change without notice.
There will be a recurring monthly charge on your credit card for your Mobile Car Wash Club subscription. By clicking “Agree” during the finalization process of the Mobile Car Wash Club registration, you represent that you understand and agree to this Agreement
Changes to this Statement
